Responsibilities

Preventative Maintenance (PM)/Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively

Troubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures

Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes

Working collaboratively on a dynamic team

Qualification

Required

Any 2-year technical certification (TTI, ITT, Trade Cert, HVAC, etc); 3+ ASE certs or 4 years Semiconductor Technician experience (no cert, passes test) or 4 years equivalent technical Military service

Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation

Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes also require

Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills

Familiar with TPM concepts

Attention to detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility

Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs

Ability to Work off-hours if necessary

Electro-mechanical aptitude, Basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity
