Systems Engineer Analyst

Responsibilities

Provide technical and analytical support for ICBM requirements, nuclear surety, and systems engineering tasks
Serve as a liaison between AFGSC, Air Staff, SPOs, and other DoD stakeholders to support mission objectives
Analyze program schedules, risks, and modernization impacts to inform senior decision-making
Prepare and deliver briefs, white papers, and status updates in support of A5I/A5H requirements
Participate in IPTs, TIMs, design reviews, and working groups; occasional travel as required

Required

10+ years of experience in ICBM operations, maintenance, security, testing, or systems engineering
5+ years of staff experience at an Air Force MAJCOM, Headquarters Air Force, or Joint equivalent
2+ years of nuclear enterprise experience at the MAJCOM, NAF, or HAF level
Strong understanding of ICBM systems, nuclear surety, and strategic deterrence operations
Ability to analyze technical data, program schedules, risks, and modernization impacts
Experience drafting briefs, white papers, and technical recommendations for senior leaders
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to participate in IPTs, TIMs, design reviews, and cross-functional technical forums
Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility, or previously held TS/SCI (expired but not revoked)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Nuclear Studies, Operations Research, or a related technical field
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), contract compliance, and reporting
