Responsibilities

Shape the value proposition of Veeva Commercial Cloud, and the Industry Cloud more broadly, to drive commercial excellence for large biopharmas
Work with our sales and marketing teams to ensure relevant marketing messaging, product positioning, and the success of our sales organization
Engage with VP level and above customers as a SME on Commercial Excellence. You will be expected to communicate our value proposition clearly, discuss how Veeva Commercial Cloud can be used to transform commercial operations, and handle objections
Play an impactful role in the growth of the Commercial Cloud business
Provide input to the product team in support of new features and capabilities, including new areas of product growth, based on a deep understanding of business challenges and market dynamics in the space

Life Sciences experienceOmnichannel engagement expertiseSenior client engagementCritical thinkingPresentation skillsRelationship building

Required

15+ years of work experience in Life Sciences, either in technology, or in consulting
10+ years in a leadership role
Deep expertise with omnichannel and customer engagement programs
Demonstrated ability to engage at senior levels of client organizations
Proven ability to quickly build credibility and develop trusted relationships
Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and presentation skills
Ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events across the US and Europe as needed
