Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a selection of food and beverages from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
Have resort and menu knowledge that you can confidently discuss with a guest
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests received from the cashier, using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order
Service and take orders from guests at the cashier. Anticipate guest needs, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items
Qualification
Required
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the team
