Syneos Health is looking for an experienced Social Associate Director to join their integrated media team. The role involves planning and executing advanced social strategies, leading a team of specialists, and managing complex social programs within the pharma/healthcare space.

Responsibilities

Plan, present and own the success of social engine marketing programs across the largest clients at Syneos Health

Lead, mentor and train members of the social team through a social professional development program

Develop and implement SOPs governing all aspects of best practice campaign development for the social department

Own all areas of campaign development and optimization, from keyword and copy creation to bid management and KPI reporting

Provide support to new business through industry analysis and social landscape estimation

Regularly author POVs to ensure the team is up to date on the latest social trends and engine algorithm updates

Demonstrate outstanding performance in market, exceeding client expectations and KPIs through class-leading social programs

Required

6+ years of experience leading, executing, and planning Paid Social media campaigns

Able to put together and present integrated social strategy

Have experience participating in pitches for new business and understand how to operationalize complex asks during the RFP process

You should have experience interacting directly with clients, building relationships and seeing great campaigns executed and reported on flawlessly

You should have experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across all major social platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube at minimum

Comfortable analysing high volumes of data

Candidates should be free to travel as-needed to support the business

Experience in pharma or healthcare is required
