Responsibilities

Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient billing of both new and existing customers

Lead US collections activities

Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Legal to create and drive efficient and effective processes for billing and collections

Set and manage daily/weekly/monthly priorities of the US based AR team

Drive the creation of metrics and dashboards for teams and management to provide visibility into billing/collections activity and goal attainment

Build relationships with client administrative and procurement officials to understand processes and improve retention

Assist with design and implementation of new systems and processes as they relate to the A/R functions
