Own and manage relationships with major grocery retailers and key distributors
Lead joint business planning, including promotional strategy, category growth initiatives, and quarterly business reviews
Negotiate assortment, pricing, promotions, and trade terms to drive growth
Analyze syndicated and retailer data to inform strategy, forecasting, and business performance
Ability to travel up to 30% to customer headquarters, key markets, and industry trade shows

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of Key Account Management experience in grocery retail
Experience with Key Accounts such as Kroger, Albertsons, H-E-B, Walmart, KeHE, UNFI
Strong retailer systems knowledge and promotional planning experience
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
