Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume sales roles — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding — ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with business goals
Build proactive pipelines for high-demand positions by leveraging creative sourcing strategies, networking, and market insights
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, aligning talent strategies to business needs and providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, personalized interactions, and brand advocacy throughout every stage of the process
Monitor key recruiting metrics to assess funnel health, track progress, and recommend improvements to enhance speed, quality, and candidate engagement
Support junior recruiters by sharing best practices, refining sourcing methods, and helping elevate team performance and consistency

Required

7+ years of progressive experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, preferably in CPG, retail, or distribution industries
Proven success filling sales, field, or client-facing roles (e.g., account managers, route sales reps, field merchandisers)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple open requisitions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike
Proficiency with ATS systems and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and social sourcing platforms
Comfortable working in a contract / independent contributor capacity with minimal oversight
Data-minded approach — able to track and interpret metrics to drive process improvements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
