Responsibilities

Actively recruit participants for active studies
Oversee and coordinate study visits and data entry
Work with the study investigators to oversee study regulatory responsibilities (e.g. regulatory binder maintenance and compliance, control of investigational product, etc.)
Manage study inventory
Manage scheduling of participants and co-investigators
Assist with participant’s study consent/assent
Manage communication with study subjects (e.g. phone call-based study visits)
Coordinate with Study Data and Monitoring Center and Study Protocol Monitors
Assists in preparing manuals and other documentation as required for the research studies
Other associated activities appropriate for the position

Required

Bachelor's Degree with 3 years experience
Experience with research involving human participants
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Ability to perform responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
Comprehensive knowledge in area of specialization
Ability to actively recruit participants for active studies
Ability to oversee and coordinate study visits and data entry
Ability to work with study investigators to oversee study regulatory responsibilities
Ability to manage study inventory
Ability to manage scheduling of participants and co-investigators
Ability to assist with participant's study consent/assent
Ability to manage communication with study subjects
Ability to coordinate with Study Data and Monitoring Center and Study Protocol Monitors
Ability to assist in preparing manuals and other documentation as required for the research studies
Ability to review progress and evaluate results of experiments under control or supervisory responsibility
Ability to recommend changes in testing or experimental procedures
