Quality Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Responsibilities
Lead Quality Assurance and Team Development: Provide strategic leadership to the QA team, foster a quality-focused culture, and manage training, performance evaluations, and team motivation
Ensure Compliance Through Inspection and Testing: Oversee inspections, audits, and testing processes to maintain adherence to quality standards, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues promptly
Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Partner with Quality Engineers to identify improvement opportunities, implement efficiency-enhancing measures, and promote best practices for quality enhancement
Manage Documentation, Reporting, and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain accurate QA records, prepare performance reports, and work closely with production, engineering, and other teams to integrate quality measures seamlessly
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years of manufacturing production experience
Proven manufacturing supervisory skills with ability to train, instruct, and motivate employees preferred
Quality and continuous process improvement experience a plus
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
