Responsibilities
Manage billing, revenue recognition, cash management, and journal entries
Perform account reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
Handle SF-425 submissions and ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200
Oversee grant reporting and maintain accurate documentation
Support audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries
Utilize NetSuite (experience a plus but not required)
Qualification
Required
Strong grants accounting experience
Knowledge of federal grant compliance and 2 CFR 200 regulations
Experience with financial reporting and audit support
Proficiency in general accounting principles and practices
Preferred
NetSuite experience is a plus, but not mandatory
