Responsibilities
Perform In process circuit breaker inspections
Perform Shipping inspections on orders before they ship
Support production, inventory, and test teams on any quality issues or problems
Investigate test lab failures, provide rework direction to the production teams
Audit manufacturing processes and ensuring findings are addressed properly
Support production teams with disposition for non-conformities
Be the contact person and facilitate resolution of problems detected on shop floor related to supplier quality, engineering, and R&D
Conduct training on quality concepts, as needed
Update and revise manufacturing procedures as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma / GED with minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing environment preferably in Circuit Breaker assembly
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and electronically
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
A strong process & product knowledge, exposure to variety of commodities and manufacturing process
