Develop and rigorously implement comprehensive financial strategies that are precisely aligned with the company's scientific milestones and long-term business objectives
Offer invaluable financial advice to the CEO and executive team on all critical financial matters, including strategic licensing agreements, and vital industry partnerships
Lead all aspects of financial planning, detailed budgeting, accurate forecasting, and sophisticated long-range financial modeling
Oversee all core financial operations, including accounting, treasury management, payroll processing, and tax compliance
Establish and vigorously maintain robust internal controls, sound financial policies, and streamlined procedures, ensuring compliance with accepted accounting standards pertinent to the industry
Prepare accurate, timely financial statements and insightful management reports
Proactively manage cash flow, optimizing working capital efficiency, and actively identifying opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting
10+ years progressive financial leadership, with 3-5+ years as a CFO/VP Finance
Strong accounting knowledge, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
MBA/CPA
CPA License Highly Preferred
