Responsibilities
Support the delivery of business and technology projects across industries, ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom’s delivery standards
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Manage day-to-day project execution, including task tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication
Facilitate agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models depending on project context
Leverage AI tools and techniques (e.g., generative AI for documentation, automation for reporting, predictive analytics for risk tracking) to improve delivery speed and quality
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts within the delivery capability
Work closely with senior consultants and project leads to ensure alignment with delivery best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment
Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exposure to AI-enabled tools that support project delivery and team productivity
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members and clients
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, technology, engineering)
Preferred
PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
