Responsibilities
Resolve exceptions between Data Processing system and CRM platform using knowledge from CRM system
Work with internal teams to align for both US and international data
Complete Jira tickets to ensure the following are aligned between the Data Processing system and CRM platform:
Work closely with all Operations and Client Management teams to ensure integrity of data and data flow
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of work experience
Caseload experience/comfortable managing multiple projects
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Interpersonal communication
Problem-solving
Excellent pattern recognition and attention-to-detail
Ability to stay focused on large sets of data with minimal supervision
Preferred
College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Database or Record maintenance experience preferred
