Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support on mergers and acquisitions transactions

Represent clients in litigation matters related to financial services

Advise on risk management strategies in banking and investment activities

Ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations

Assist clients with investment management and related legal issues

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents pertaining to financial services

Negotiate and draft contracts related to financial transactions

Provide guidance on regulatory compliance for financial institutions

Support corporate governance processes and compliance measures

Advise clients on real estate law and intellectual property law as it pertains to financial services

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

State bar membership and eligibility to practice law

Excellent legal research and writing skills

Proven ability in contract negotiation and client representation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
