Responsibilities
Define and complete 1-2 large projects within the rotation period
Gain knowledge of the Company's operations and provide technical support as needed
Participate in plant management and departmental team meetings
Create and deliver end of semester presentation/report to senior management and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Keen focus on personal and physical safety
Committed to completing the rotational program
Able to work off hours if needed/necessary
Must have basic proficiency using Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook E-mail, and Project
Must be willing to work with others and have a positive attitude in a manufacturing or office setting
Possess a basic understanding and knowledge of academic discipline
Learn, apply knowledge, and skills to the performance of [Insert Division]
Able to research and integrate new ideas into the business
Display effective business communication skills, (oral, written, instructional, and presentation) as well as the ability to work on cross-functional and/or geographically dispersed teams
Must demonstrate personal initiative to complete work without missing deadlines and communicate and follow-up on the status of projects and other work assignments in a timely manner
Able to organize and prioritize project and work tasks
Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate (sophomore, junior, senior) student pursuing a bachelor's degree in academic discipline or related field of study
Maintain a 3.0 GPA
Preferred
Project Management skills or classwork preferred but not required
