Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams on water resources, water treatment, and wastewater projects from planning through construction

Provide management and technical oversight on projects involving water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, stormwater systems, pipelines, and pump stations

Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets

Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal efforts

Maintain and grow client relationships to support long-term success

Apply engineering principles to solve complex challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes

Estimate project costs and support commercial planning

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering

10+ years of experience in engineering and/or project management focusing in water/wastewater design

Proven experience with public or private water and wastewater utilities in the U.S

Strong background in planning, design, and delivery of water-related infrastructure

PE license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain within one year); additional state licenses in Mid-Atlantic and Midwest a plus

A collaborative leader who can mentor junior staff and manage multidisciplinary teams

Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

Master's degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering
