Responsibilities

Optimize fleet utilization and manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, tracking, capitalization, and disposal with intent to improve fleet management processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed assets, including reconciliation of physical asset counts and updating asset records
Strong interest or demonstrated ability to integrate/utilize Artificial Intelligence into existing systems to drive efficiencies in data mining and analysis
Support Area logistics on fleet equipment moves, investments and divestments
Monitor and report Area and National progress on directed fleet decisions and address non-compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and procurement, to align and accurately track assets
Maintain high visibility of fleet status, including utilization by set size, equipment under repair or inspection, turnaround timelines, and rehires

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience
PC literacy in a Microsoft Office environment (Largely Excel & PowerPoint), experience with an ERP system is preferred
Proven, effective skills of networking, negotiation, communication and influencing without authority in all levels of an organization
Demonstrated ability to visualize, gather information, analyze, articulate analysis, and make predictions based upon data analysis
Proficient at maintaining focus and driving multiple tasks at the same time while working effectively in a fast-paced environment
Successful track record in coordinating asset movement
Strong interest or demonstrated ability to integrate/utilize Artificial Intelligence into existing systems to drive efficiencies in data mining and analysis
