They are seeking an Entry Level Interior Designer to focus on multifamily residential and hospitality interior design, working closely with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and documentation.
Responsibilities
Exhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, organized and creative
Ability to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents
Experience with space planning, FF&E selections, material selections
Experience with in multifamily and/or large scale commercial projects is a bonus
Excellent 3D graphic rendering skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Valid work permit (USA)
Qualification
Required
Interior Designers/ Interior Architects with 2-3 years of experience
Based in Richmond, VA
Focus on Multifamily Residential and Hospitality Interior Design
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Exhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, organized and creative
Excellent Revit, Enscape, AI Rendering tools, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
Ability to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents
Experience with space planning, FF&E selections, material selections
Experience with in multifamily and/or large scale commercial projects is a bonus
Excellent 3D graphic rendering skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Valid work permit (USA)
Preferred
LEED Green Associate and/or WELL accreditation (or progress towards this)
Progress towards NCIDQ Certification or Architectural Licensure
