Responsibilities
Support governance frameworks for credit card technology transformation programs
Ensure alignment of projects with overall business strategy and objectives
Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and programs
Lead large, distributed delivery teams across multiple geographies
Coordinate with project managers, business units, and stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment
Prepare executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and performance metrics for senior leadership
Deliver clear insights and recommendations to enable informed decision-making
Facilitate project review meetings and steering committees
Act as a liaison between technology teams, business units, and senior executives
Ability to manage Senior/C-Level Stakeholders across Business and IT
Qualification
Required
10+ years in strategy, transformation, or program management within banking or financial services
Strong background in Credit Cards and large-scale technology implementations
Proven ability to work with both Business and IT stakeholders and lead large teams in a distributed delivery model
Familiarity with typical U.S.-based Core Cards platforms (e.g., TSYS, FIS, First Data) is highly desirable
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in preparing executive-level dashboards and reports
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
Preferred
Experience with retail cards and mobile technologies is a plus
Consulting experience with top-tier banks or financial institutions preferred
