Irvine BMW is seeking a BMW Genius to provide personalized customer interaction and ensure guest satisfaction at their dealership. The role involves greeting guests, demonstrating product features, and addressing customer inquiries while maintaining expert knowledge of the brand and products.

Responsibilities
Promptly and courteously greet Guests in the showroom behaving as a host answering any question the Guest may have
Recognize the point at which your informative role ends and the (selling) Sales Consultant begins
Possess in-depth, expert knowledge of the brand and products in order to answer any questions the Guest has regarding vehicle that is being delivered
Identify Guest’s needs
Provide thorough product demonstration and explanation of key technology features, at the Guest’s request
Follow-up with Guest to answer product questions
Perform 2nd deliveries (if necessary)
Troubleshoot “feature function” questions on the service drive
Pairing and/or syncing phones and explaining features on vehicle loaners
Present DIY resources
Conduct “service lounge” clinics
Provide in-store sales staff training
Be present during all Guest clinics
Assist CIC/BDC with Guest questions
Maintain product knowledge through dealer training and self-study
Follow-up sale to determine Guest satisfaction and re-enforce the sales experience
Maintain a professional and business-like standard of dress consistent with the dress code requirements of the dealership
Know and follow work schedule arriving to work on time
Maintain work areas keeping offices clean and organized at all times
Introduce Guest to Service and Parts Department and Service Advisor if possible
Safeguard customer and Dealer information per established policy
Complies with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required
Adhere to work schedule and arrive at work before your scheduled start time and be at your work station productively engaged by the scheduled time
Must maintain accurate attendance records “clocking in and out”
Exemplifies organizational culture and holds others in department accountable for doing the same
Other related duties as may be assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years with a valid CA DL
Possess in-depth, expert knowledge of the brand and products
Ability to provide personalized pressure free customer interaction
Ability to recognize the point at which informative role ends and selling begins
Ability to identify Guest's needs
Ability to provide thorough product demonstration and explanation of key technology features
Ability to follow-up with Guest to answer product questions
Ability to troubleshoot 'feature function' questions on the service drive
