7+ years expIntePros is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Developer to join our growing client. This role involves developing scalable, secure, and reliable products aligned with the client's product roadmap, working as part of a scrum team to build core assets for the Technology Solutions group.

Responsibilities
Design and implement elegant and scalable microservices
Develop RESTful APIs following OpenAPI specification standards
Build integrations with third-party products and solutions
Create reusable code and libraries for future use
Prototype and refine applications rapidly based on feedback
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Participate in all SDLC phases, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Engage in Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Conduct peer reviews to ensure quality and coding standards are met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Product Management, and IT, to support the product roadmap
Promote strict code testing and validation to maintain high-quality standards
Work with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure quality output
Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues, resolving them promptly within SLA guidelines
Mentor and onboard new team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on engineering experience with Python
At least 3 years of experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Flask or Django)
At least 3 years of experience with ReactJS and modern frameworks (e.g., React Hooks)
Experience in systems integration and ETL processes
Proficiency with SOA and microservices architecture
Experience architecting and deploying high-volume, high-availability applications
Familiarity with AWS cloud services and solutions
Knowledge of Agile development and continuous delivery practices
Expertise in performance tuning, monitoring, and optimizing distributed web applications
Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and clients
Understanding of data integration, modeling, migration, and transformation
Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB, Redis)
Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful services
Familiarity with Worker/Queue or Event-driven architecture
Expertise in serverless technologies (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
Experience writing unit and integration tests (e.g., PyTest, Unittest)
Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+, ES2020), CSS3, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Recoil)
Familiarity with CSS frameworks (e.g., TailwindCSS, Emotion)
Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and containerization (e.g., Docker)
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and version control systems
Excellent communication skills
