Help Desk Analyst
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst for their Orlando office. The primary responsibility of the Help Desk Analyst is to assist users with software-related questions and troubleshoot basic PC hardware and network issues, as well as assist with IT projects.

Responsibilities
Assisting users with software-related questions and troubleshooting basic PC hardware/network issues
Assisting with IT projects - evaluating and implementing new software
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware problems
Detailed and specific working knowledge of legal-specific software and work processes
Working knowledge of Windows 11
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
Working knowledge of iManage
Working knowledge of VPN
Working knowledge of Citrix
Capable of formatting and troubleshooting Word
Capable of formatting and troubleshooting Excel
Capable of formatting and troubleshooting PowerPoint
Capable of formatting and troubleshooting Outlook
Effective communication skills
Capable of responding to users regarding a variety of complex questions in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
Preferred
Law firm experience is a plus
