Responsibilities

Design and implement long-term capacity models considering customer coverage, demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and cost efficiency
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance network capacity
Define long-term building requirements that consider future business initiatives
Plan for new automation initiatives that impact building design, capacity, and costs
Create data-driven analyses to support business decisions and growth strategies
Foster partnerships across teams to implement network improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred

7+ years of leading large complex programs experience
MBA, or Master's degree
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc
Knowledge of basic SQL queries
