Responsibilities

Manage, prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously

Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage competing product priorities

Demonstrate strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams - product, tech, data, and design

Communicate (both verbal and written) technical updates to executives via decks and reports

Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer

Partner with technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindset

Required

Bachelor's Degree required

3+ years of work experience in product development or related field

Proven ability to operate of Agile methodology

Experience in fintech or financial services industry
