Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to define system hardware, features, and schedule
Manage program baseline, schedule, risks, and communicate project status to the core team and leadership
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Engineering required
Minimum 6 years Engineering Program Management experience
Directly led at least 2 product development cycles for a System with hardware and software integration involved
Proven experience in Program Management or Hardware Engineering and leading multiple teams in new product development
Preferred
BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
Leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
