Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for refinement and automation initiatives

Research and implement appropriate technical offerings to meet business requirements (ex: artificial intelligence, internal applications, ETL processes, custom coding, etc.)

Explore, extract, examine, and interpret data across a wide variety of data sources in multiple domains

Communicate and present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external stakeholders

Produce organized, clear, and concise documentation outlining the technical details of each solution

Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators that support the organization's continuous improvement initiatives

Communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization

Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Required

2+ years of work experience in database analytics, visualization, and reporting

2+ years of total work experience

2+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

2+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases (MSSQL, DB2, Teradata, Snowflake, etc.)

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI

2+ years of experience with APIs including REST and SOAP

2+ years of experience with ETL processes and tools

2+ years of experience with data extraction, review, and analysis

2+ years of experience with project management

Willingness to travel up to 5% (including plane)

Preferred

Previous work experience within the healthcare industry

Experience working with large volumes of medical and pharmacy claims data

Experience with SSIS, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or other ETL tools

Experience with Reporting tools such as SAP WebI, Crystal Reports, and Universes

Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools

Experience with low-code/no-code Software-as-a-Service platform development (ex: QuickBase, Archer eGRC)

Experience with FTP and SFTP protocols

Experience with Python code development and GitHub code management

Experience with using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and LLM tools such as Chat GPT

Lean six sigma green belt certification or above
