Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with GTM business goals and drive performance
Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support, including workforce planning, organizational development, and change management
Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
Lead performance management, talent reviews, and development programs to strengthen capability and engagement
Use HR data and metrics to guide decisions, identify trends, and improve processes and programs
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention
Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle management
Maintain regular communication with employees and leaders to address issues proactively
Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and deliver effective HR solutions and programs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders and partnering with sales or go-to-market teams
Must be able to go into the Redwood Shores office 2-3 days a week
Strong capabilities in strategic HRBP support, coaching, organizational development, and change management
Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Discreet and professional in handling confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Experience supporting senior leaders (VP level preferred)
Experience partnering with sales or go-to-market teams
