The Potter's House, Inc. is a faith-centered organization seeking a dedicated and organized Events Intern for their Conference & Events Department. This internship offers hands-on experience in event coordination, logistics, and execution, providing valuable exposure to professional event management.

Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, setup, and logistics coordination for internal and external functions
Support registration, scheduling, and communication with guests, volunteers, and vendors
Assist in creating and distributing event materials, signage, and guest information
Participate in team meetings and walkthroughs to ensure readiness for upcoming events
Provide on-site support during live events, including check-in, guest assistance, and teardown
Help track event data, budgets, and post-event reports as needed
Uphold The Potter’s House standards of professionalism, hospitality, and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
Must submit two (2) non-family recommendation letters (teacher, pastor, or supervisor)
Interest in event planning, hospitality, logistics, or project management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and assist with event setup and breakdown
