Responsibilities
Research and prepare required tax and informational returns, including but not limited to:
Sales and use tax
Unclaimed property
Corporation census reports
Corporation annual reports
Assist with monthly billing processes, including gathering data, preparing reports and finalizing schedules for store billing
Maintain internal taxability tables by researching product classifications and updating tax rules to ensure accurate tax treatment for all SKUs across states and jurisdictions
Assist with research required for tax audits, inquiries and notices
Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process
Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects
Demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
Qualification
Required

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business field
