Responsibilities

Selling payment solutions services to both new and existing clients through both inbound and outbound communication
Qualifying both cold & warm sales leads through making 50 outbound calls per day
Communicating both verbally and in writing with key decision-makers at a variety of levels (Small to Mid-size business owners, CEOs, etc.) to evaluate needs and propose solutions from our payment solution portfolio in a short sales cycle with a high velocity of leads
Staying abreast of company's products, solutions and services to aid in product development based on client needs
Maintaining a sales pipeline with detailed and accurate electronic records and other administrative duties as required
Delivering excellent follow up proactively and on time / as promised to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction both pre and post-sale
Operate between multiple software and platforms to deliver the optimal solution based on client needs

Required

2 plus years of sales experience and/or Bachelor/Associate degree
Strong tele-sales ability, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task and function successfully in a fast-paced environment
Focused and detail-oriented
Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel
Good work ethic/positive attitude and easy to get along / work with

Preferred

Merchant Services or Banking Industry experience
Bilingual Spanish and English (must speak, read and write Spanish)
