Responsibilities
Oversees manufacturing operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Collaborates with high-performance teams to drive business success
Prepares forecasts and analyzes key data, including labor, scrap, production efficiency, cost reductions, and product quality
Supports workforce management through effective hiring, training, onboarding, and retention strategies
Provides leadership to managers, supervisors, support staff, and production personnel
Fosters a collaborative and empowered work environment that supports full compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least eight years of relevant experience
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including planning, organizing, communication, decision-making, and team motivation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred
Minimum of five years' experience in an operations or materials management environment preferred
