Responsibilities
Work with teams/stakeholders cross VP organizations to influence new product and data center design to ensure compatibility (Will focus on Machine Learning Products Primarily)
Identify new product intake to launch gaps across new product initiative and relevant downstream teams and define strategy and deployment plan to close the gaps
Work with software system teams to identify existing toolings and integrate them to close offline communication gap
Implement system and process changes as long term solution to replace interim manual intervention solution that having cross organization impact
Drive adoption of established system and processes with teams/stakeholders across VP organizations
Create business review documentation (MBR, QBR etc.) and lead program review with VPs
Establish process health metrics and key performance indicators and work with BIE team to deploy data visualization reports illustrating process health
Establish status update report and create Wiki/docs for broader team communication
Actively explore new ideas and drive implementing it to improve new product preparation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field
Preferred
Master's degree in a related technical field
5+ years of data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical experience
Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing own tasks and those of other team members for multiple projects
