Responsibilities
Lead the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LBE and Flash process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company
Prepare agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling
Compile a comprehensive LBE Reporting Package for Senior Leadership
Ensure LBE data integrity across systems of record and support reporting
Support LRP, Plan, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables
Partner with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool
Ad-hoc analysis as required
Manage one direct report
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
8+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner
Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred
Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus
