Responsibilities

Create wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to solve complex user experience problems
Present work in various mediums and fidelities throughout the design process to stakeholders
Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality
Partner with our user research team to understand the needs of our merchants and integrate findings into design approaches
Brainstorm and iterate with your design colleagues and product partners
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are built to a high standard
Ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback

Qualification

Required

3+ years of product design experience
A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work, attention to detail, visual explorations, and your problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Exceptional interaction and visual design skills
Effective prototyping skills using Figma and other tools
Experience designing complex web and mobile products for enterprise or consumer applications
Experience working on systems or service design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Experience in driving efficiency and innovation by integrating AI into design processes
