Senior Product Manager - GenAI
GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Product Manager for GenAI to lead the development and execution of AI-powered products that enhance business processes. This role involves collaboration across teams to prioritize and build GenAI products, ensuring they deliver value through the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost framework.

Responsibilities
Product Ownership and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and research, to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives
Roadmap input: Provide input, alongside the Portfolio manager, to build the product roadmaps
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, IT, and designers to ensure the development of robust AI solutions, maintaining technical rigor and introducing new methods for verifying success and identifying risks
User Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences by understanding and addressing user needs in AI applications
Cross-Business Coordination: Support the coordination of GenAI applications to drive improvements and innovations across Vernova
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions. Define and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure the success and impact of AI initiatives
Post-Launch Support: Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance value delivery
3rd party solutions: Oversee the interjection of GenAI products coming from 3rd party software suppliers and determine best technology fit
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 10-15 years' relevant experience
Business Acumen: Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives
Leadership: Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and occasionally C-Suite executives
Experience building and deploying AI applications
Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical skills to identify and solve risks and challenges
Technical Proficiency and Data-Driven Mindset
Must be 18 years or older
