Responsibilities
Review and evaluate incoming High-Net-Worth client referrals
Assess complexity, timing, and service needs to determine ideal servicing model
Determine the appropriate office or partner for each engagement
Facilitate seamless handoffs—or manage select engagements within the corporate team
Act as a relationship navigator between wealth advisors, tax leadership, and national teams
Provide final technical review on 1041 trust & estate income tax returns
Research complex tax issues and prepare clear recommendations
Ensure technical accuracy, quality, and compliance across deliverables
Communicate directly with clients to ensure their best interests are achieved
Coordinate planning, scheduling, and client-facing activities
Deliver high-quality, concierge-level client service
Direct and support team members to achieve performance, quality, and budgetary goals
Create an engaging, high-performance work environment
Oversee real-time and monthly billing, collections, WIP management, and write-downs
Help shape a high-visibility HNW program within the corporate structure
Qualification
Required
CPA, JD, or EA required
5+ years experience focused on Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals (public accounting preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
