Powersports Sales Manager
Young Automotive Group is seeking experienced Sales Managers to join their expanding Powersports locations. The role involves leading a team of Sales Professionals, providing exceptional customer experiences, and achieving monthly profit goals while collaborating with other department managers.

Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
Manage productivity
Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
Qualification
Required

A proven history of success leading a team in the Automotive or Powersports sales industry
Knowledge of powersports and variable operations
Demonstrated success as a trainer
A clean driving record
