Responsibilities
Lead the strategic alignment of affiliate marketing initiatives with client objectives, ensuring that recommendations drive performance and growth
Oversee the seamless onboarding and transitions of affiliate marketing accounts, introducing innovative strategies to expand reach and revenue
Provide coaching and feedback to affiliate team members, ensuring that they meet performance goals and deliver optimal results
Collaborate with leadership to set financial targets for affiliate programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI
Monitor affiliate program margins and ensure financial goals are met
Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, technologies, and industry shifts to implement innovative tactics that enhance performance
Drive thought leadership by introducing cutting-edge strategies to improve affiliate campaign effectiveness
Equip clients with the knowledge to confidently discuss affiliate marketing strategies, ensuring they understand the value and impact of affiliate efforts
Maintain deep knowledge of affiliate marketing trends, emerging networks, and platform updates to provide informed recommendations to clients
Design and implement affiliate marketing strategies that align with business goals, identifying new affiliate partnerships to drive growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and networks, optimizing performance through regular communication and strategic reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate strategies with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and negotiating favorable terms with affiliates and networks
Analyze affiliate performance metrics and provide leadership to ensure continuous improvement and successful execution of strategies
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience in Affiliate roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns
Management experience required
Expertise in leading Affiliate platforms and tools required
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams
