Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering Teams to build resource plans and schedules
Lead Engineering Team stand up meetings
Track feature state, schedule and report status
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related experience with a BS/MS, Computer Science / Engineering, or relevant industry experience
Experience in a machine learning program or project management
Experience driving and delivering critical project features that involve integration with multiple teams
Solid knowledge of software development practices
Preferred
Experience in localization, internationalization, machine translation, or language technologies is an asset
Prior experience in hands-on software or model development is desired
Curiosity and passion for new technologies, and proven ability to quickly understand technical concepts
Ability to create and execute plans in ambiguous settings, identifying priorities and driving what matters
Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
Excellent collaboration skills, working together with different teams, and fostering trust
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
