Assist clients seeking Life & Health insurance solutions
Conduct needs-based consultations via phone or Zoom
Present policy options in a clear, compliant, and professional manner
Maintain accurate client notes and follow-up in the CRM
Engage in continuous training to improve results and performance
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Must hold or be willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (Company covers all pre-licensing costs)
Preferred
Previous sales, customer service, or call experience is helpful but not required
