This role involves strategic client engagement, tax expertise, and leadership in a non-traditional, remote corporate environment.

Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and triage High-Net-Worth client referrals
Assess tax complexity, timing, service needs, and ideal servicing structure
Act as a liaison between wealth advisors, national tax leadership, and local offices
Match each HNW client with the correct partner, office, or service team
Facilitate seamless handoffs—or directly manage select client engagements
Shape a new, high-impact HNW program as part of a national strategic initiative
Prepare and review 1041 trust & estate income tax returns
Prepare fiduciary accountings and interpret related state statutes and documents
Analyze complex tax issues and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Perform diversified tax assignments with exceptional accuracy and work quality
Deliver high-level client service with fast turnaround and attention to detail
Participate in firmwide technical training and mentor developing talent
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years experience with 1041, 706, 709, and complex HNW 1040 preparation & review
Strong fiduciary, trust, or estate experience (law firm or trust department welcomed)
CPA required; EA, CFTA, CFP, PFS, or PFP strongly preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
