Responsibilities

Represent clients in a variety of business and real estate transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other transactional documents
Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and compliance issues
Assist with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and related corporate transactions
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for business and real estate deals
Provide strategic legal advice to clients to support their operational and transactional goals
Collaborate with partners and attorneys to ensure effective and efficient client service

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Georgia Bar in good standing
3+ years of experience in transactional law, including business, real estate, M&A, or joint ventures matters
Strong understanding of corporate governance, contract law, and Georgia business regulations
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
Exceptional communication and client service skills
