This role involves ensuring accurate pricing, maintaining item files, and managing promotional updates for all store locations while supporting the pricing strategy and collaborating with internal departments.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update pricing databases, item files, and promotional price changes
Prepare and distribute weekly ad pricing, promotional updates, and pricing instructions to stores
Review and resolve pricing discrepancies reported by stores in coordination with Buying and IT
Monitor competitor pricing and support pricing recommendations
Generate pricing and promotional performance reports for management
Ensure accurate new item setup and timely communication of price changes
Support scan accuracy initiatives by maintaining high-quality data at the system level
Collaborate with corporate teams to support pricing processes and promotional execution
Qualification
Required
Experience with POS/pricing or inventory systems; strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
