Responsibilities
Review and evaluate incoming High-Net-Worth client referrals
Assess tax complexity, timing, and service needs
Determine the appropriate office, partner, or servicing team
Facilitate seamless handoffs—or help manage select engagements within the corporate team
Support a major, firmwide strategic partnership initiative
Prepare and perform initial reviews of ultra-high-net-worth individual filings, including foreign, federal, and multistate complexities
Prepare and review family limited partnership returns and fiduciary filings
Analyze sophisticated tax issues and form sound conclusions
Assist with resolving Federal and State tax notices
Conduct tax research and develop proficiency with firm research tools
Deliver exceptional, responsive client service with high accuracy and quick turnaround
Perform diversified tax assignments under the direction of a Senior Manager or Partner
Work effectively within a remote team environment
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing CPA certification (CPA preferred)
3+ years of public accounting experience focused on ultra-high-net-worth individuals
Strong communication and client-service skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available
