Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product applications
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize processes and product usage
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product features and applications
Assist in the programming and setup of CNC machines to meet customer specifications
Analyze customer requirements and develop customized solutions using Siemens controls
Monitor product performance in the field and propose enhancements to improve customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience in manufacturing and machining environments
Knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Preferred
Familiarity with Siemens controls and/or 5-Axis technologies is preferred
