Responsibilities

Primary activities include economic valuation and analysis of proposed organic projects for Boardwalk Pipelines

Work collaboratively with commercial, system planning and engineering groups to understand project opportunity, assumptions, and key issues to develop a thorough economic analysis

Support acquisition activities including opportunity screening & research; target company financial review; market fundamentals analysis associated with target company industries; economic valuation of the target company; due diligence

Preparation and communication of analytical work and investment approval documents to Boardwalk Senior Management
