Responsibilities
You will serve as an advocate for P&C Partners and business leaders, providing guidance on complex operational matters and new program implementations
You will maintain and audit employee data in Oracle HCM, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all lifecycle processes
You’ll support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle HCM modules, partnering with internal and vendor teams as needed
You will generate, analyze, and present workforce data and reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
You’ll lead or support special projects such as compliance audits, compensation cycles, performance reviews, and organizational change initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive HR/P&C operations experience with strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, particularly Core HR, Absence, Performance, or related modules
Excel in data interpretation, reporting, and presenting insights that support operational and strategic decisions
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
