Sales Manager - Individual Solutions (Retirement Education) REMOTE

They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Retirement Education Specialists, focusing on delivering education to retirement plan participants and building strategic partnerships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Build and influence strategic partnerships with our plan sponsors, consultants, sales team and relationship managers
Lead and handle the day to day responsibilities of a team with the priority of maintaining and strengthening a foundation based in strong culture, flexibility, nimbleness and results/outcome based mentality within a highly regulated environment
Use a strategic lens to leverage data to inform business decisions and priorities
Qualification
Required
Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 8+ years of experience on a sales or service team marketing products and services
FINRA Series 6 or 7 and FINRA Series 63 or 66 required
FINRA Series 24 or 26 required within 90 days of employment. Must meet firm standards for registration within applicable jurisdictions
Ability to interpret and market all approved products and services offered in our product suite
Mentor, develop, influence, and motivate internal partners to meet department and company goals
Provide clear direction and define priorities that are linked to business strategies and goals of the company
Sound operational and supervisory judgment
Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated commitment to holding yourself and others to a high degree of integrity
This position may be subject to SEC restrictions on personal political contributions
You'll be required to become a non-registered fingerprint person of PSI
Preferred
Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) supported and encouraged for growth and development
Using data analysis to achieve results, financial planning competence, extensive industry knowledge, understanding of competitor's product offering, and business practices
